Ugh! I've fallen behind again!

It appears I am full of apologies lately...life has been moving pretty fast these days! Before I know it a week has passed and my blog is outdated. I just returned from 6 days away from work, three of them spent in beautiful NH! I am way overdue to update you kind blog readers, but I can tell you that my half marathon training is going swimmingly! Check out today's run...working on finding a slow, easy pace in this rapidly warming New England humidity and heat.

I promise to give a full update tomorrow, but had to reach out in the blog universe and say HELLO! I've just been super busy DOING instead of writing about doing :)
