Take a look around...

yesterday, today & tomorrow

Yesterday I got in my short run - weather is warming up a bit so I'm no longer bundled up like, to quote my mom "nanook of the north"!

Today, my bizarre stomach issues kicked in again. Felt amazing while in Mexico but once back in the throws of work stressed, the belly pain has flared up. Ugh! Time to get my butt to a specialist...think stress is the culprite. Which, leads me to think about my tomorrows...

Tomorrow (well actually started today) - I'm going to start to look at potential ways to build some side income off of my love and passion for fitness. Whether its just as a health coach or something similar, I REALLY want to connect with folks and inspire them to find their inner strength to pursue a life lived healthy, to have a body made better. For me, this may be a road that eventually leads to personal training, but for now, I like the idea of coaching people through the bumps along the path to wellness. And lastly, I'm going to commit to an online course of some sort related to understanding the nutrition/kinseology. I have a tendency to "talk" and "dream" about what I want to do...but then often struggle to take the plunge. But I've decided, if I can run 6 miles I can certainly be brave enough to register for an online class!

Life is constantly moving us forward, its our responsibility to make the most of that time. For the 99% of us, nothing falls into our lap, you have to work for it, earn it and find a balance all the while. I think I'm ready for that balance. I'm ready to really start to move myself forward in a direction that has been waiting for me.

Have a spectacular weekend all. Planning on another run tomorrow. Most likely another shorter run, but we shall see. I just did the 6 miles Monday so technically that was my week's "long" run. But, it is going to be in the 40's with no rain/snow in the forcast. So who knows where my Brooks Adrenaline's will take me :) And besides, I am attempting the #50milesinmarch challenge - got to get those miles started!
