Big news!

Well, I finally did it. I registered today for my Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have 180 days to learn the material and pass the exam. I KNOW this is what meant for me to do for the next phase of my life. It is never too late to become who you might have been...just so happy.

Its going to be a lot of work and a lot of balancing life's demands...but I know I can do this. I believe in myself, my path, my journey and my gifts. I will use this blog to help work out any frustrations I have as well as super happy moments of success. The thing about life? You have to LIVE IT to truly enjoy it.
