Here's just a quickie entry!
Got my two mile run in after work. First time I've run at night, not a fan. My route was close to home (circling my block over & over & over! Boring!) which made for a crappy pace but not my worst. More importantly though? In my past 4 runs over the past 7 days, I have burned more than 900 calories and I have ran a total of 13.1 miles!
Sometimes I still can't believe this is me doing this. Feels so fulfilling...
