Tips & Running

On another note, planning on another 6:30am Couch to 5K session in the a.m. This morning's run was pretty successful with 3 minute intervals. Felt amazing...at one point I almost was in the "zone" and forgot I was even running...and then when I got to the point where I wanted to stop (because I realized I was in fact running longer than I planned for...!), but I knew I wasn't done. So I didn't stop until I was. And it felt amazing.
