Today's Ass Kickin'

Just did this work out - Holly Perkins FitSugar 10-Minute-Full Body Workout - for the first time and got my ass kicked...LOVED IT!

I combined it with the other Holly Perkins FitSugar 10-Minute-Full-Body-Workout  that I've been doing over the past few weeks...I ended up winded and drenched in sweat. You may think (as I did in the past) - what can 20 minutes of back to back full body work outs really do?

They can kick your ass is what they can do!

Now for those of you that have always worked out, or are super pumped already, you may not quite understand my excitement over doing this 20 minute routine. But I'd like to think there are lots of women out there experiencing this similar "new" challenge of a life long (um, well at 42, rest of life long) commitment to fitness, to building a better body.

These struggles and accomplishments and momentary failures are important because it is what keeps you driving forward. And my pedal is to the metal!

What a great freakin' workout today.
